2. Ordering Process
All products displayed in our catalog are made-to-order. When you place an order, you select your preferred configuration (gold color, stone type, size). Your order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email. Production begins after order confirmation and payment.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed in EUR and include VAT where applicable. An invoice will be sent to your email after order confirmation. Payment is due according to the terms specified on the invoice. We reserve the right to cancel orders if payment is not received within the specified timeframe.
4. Delivery
Production time varies based on the specific product and configuration selected. You will be informed of the estimated delivery timeline when placing your order. We ship to addresses within the EU and selected international destinations. Shipping costs and timelines are communicated during checkout.
5. Complaints and Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. If you receive a product with a defect, please contact us immediately at info@kove.jewelry. We will assess each complaint individually and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable law.
