How to shop at KOVE
KOVE offers four ways to bring fine diamonds and gold into your life. All four share the same secure checkout, payment options, and shipping conditions described below. 1. **Browse our jewelry collection.** Curated rings, earrings, and pendants. Each piece is made to order — choose gold colour, stone, ring size, and optional engraving, and we craft your piece from scratch. 2. **Design your own ring with the configurator.** Start from a base model, choose every detail (gold purity and colour, centre stone), preview live, and submit when you're ready. 3. **Buy a unique loose stone.** Natural or lab-grown diamonds with full grading certificates (GIA, IGI, and others). Each stone is uniquely identified and reserved for you when you purchase. 4. **Buy a mini-diamond parcel.** Round mini diamonds in lab and natural variants, sold by carat — perfect for jewellers, restorations, or anyone setting their own pieces. Parcels start at 0.5 ct.
Payment
All orders are paid 100% in advance. At checkout you choose: • **Card payment** — instant, processed by Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay). Card details never reach our servers. After payment, your order is confirmed and moves into production / dispatch immediately. • **Bank transfer** — we email you a proforma invoice with our bank details, the exact amount, and a unique payment reference. CZK orders settle to our crown account, EUR orders to our euro account. Your order is confirmed when payment arrives. You will receive a confirmation email within minutes of payment. After the order is placed we never ask for additional payment; the only exceptions are AML identity verification on orders at or above €10,000 (a one-time document check) and customs charges for non-EU deliveries (collected by the courier).
Processing time
The moment payment clears, we begin processing. You receive an email when processing starts and another with tracking when your order ships. • **Made-to-order jewelry & configurator orders** — typical production time 3–6 weeks, depending on design complexity, materials, and supplier confirmation. • **Unique loose stones** — when payment arrives we immediately reserve the stone with our supplier. If confirmed available, dispatch within 3–7 business days. If no longer available, we contact you to offer a comparable alternative or a full refund. • **Mini-diamond parcels** — sourced from supplier inventory after payment. Typical dispatch: 3–7 business days.
Shipping
We ship to addresses within the European Union and selected international destinations. High-value shipments — particularly loose stones and rings with significant centre stones — are sent with insured handling appropriate to the order value. • Within Czech Republic — typically 1–2 business days after dispatch. • Within EU — typically 3–7 business days after dispatch. • International (outside EU) — typically 7–14 business days after dispatch. Customs duties, import taxes, or other charges may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient unless explicitly stated otherwise. When tracking is available for your shipment, the courier code is sent to you by email and visible on your order detail page.
When something goes wrong
