Frequently asked
Why a 0.5 ct minimum?
Shipping a single 1 mm stone is uneconomic — insured transport has a fixed cost regardless of weight. At 0.5 ct (e.g. ~27 pieces of 1.6 mm round) the shipping cost spreads across the parcel. The 0.5 ct minimum applies per size & type, not the order total.
Are stones individually certified?
No. Mini diamonds are sold as a parcel — calibrated sets of the same size and quality range. Individual certificates (GIA, IGI) are typically issued from 0.30 ct upwards.
Can I mix sizes in one order?
Yes. The 0.5 ct minimum applies per size & type. Your cart can hold several different sizes and types (natural + lab-grown) — each line is processed independently.
How does payment work?
All orders require 100% prepayment. Pay by card via Stripe (instant) or by bank transfer against a proforma invoice. We order the parcel from our supplier after payment is received.
What if the supplier price moves after I order?
The price is locked at add-to-cart time — our margin absorbs normal drift. If the market jumps dramatically between your order and dispatch we will reach out before invoicing.
