Made-to-order production and delivery: when to expect your jewellery

Production takes at most 21 business days, often less, for every made-to-order model, pavé and halo included. This is the production time, not a promise of delivery within that period. Shipping follows completion: within the EU typically 3-7 business days after dispatch; for Switzerland, customs clearance is added and its length is not known in advance. Ask us. We also offer partner bracelets and Essentials studs. When the selected option is in stock, we quote delivery in 5-7 business days. When it is not in stock and needs to be made, we quote 25-32 business days. These timeframes apply to the relevant bracelet or stud option, not to every piece of Kove jewellery.

The jewellery is prepared to your selection, such as metal, size and stone. Kove makes each piece to order to its own drawings and does the finishing and quality control itself. A finished piece is therefore not available in advance for every combination.

Made a mistake in your order? Write to us right away: while the order has not gone into production, we change it free of charge. Email info@kove.jewelry with your order number and the change you would like, and we will confirm any effect on price or timing. Once paid, a made-to-order piece goes into production. If you cancel before it ships, we keep 20% of the price and refund the rest, or you take the full amount paid as Kove store credit, your choice.

Before ordering, send us your date and a link to the jewellery, including your preferred option. We will check availability and a realistic timeframe. Please do not treat an earlier or fixed date as confirmed until we have explicitly confirmed it with you.
