How long does made-to-order production take?
Production takes 10–28 working days, depending on the jewellery and specifications you choose. This is the production time, not a promise of delivery within that range. Shipping follows completion; see our Shipping page for delivery information.
Why can some bracelets and studs arrive sooner?
We also offer partner bracelets and Essentials studs. When the selected option is in stock, we quote delivery in 5–7 working days. When it is not in stock and needs to be made, we quote 25–32 working days. These timeframes apply to the relevant bracelet or stud option, not to every piece of Kove jewellery.
What does made to order mean at Kove?
The jewellery is prepared to your selection, such as metal, size and stone. Kove works with partner ateliers and handles jewellery selection and quality control. A finished piece is therefore not available in advance for every combination.
Can I change the specifications after ordering?
There is a 48-hour window after ordering for free specification changes before production begins. Email info@kove.jewelry as soon as possible with your order number and the change you would like. We will confirm the conditions and any effect on price or timing.
What if I need my jewellery for a specific date?
Before ordering, send us your date and a link to the jewellery, including your preferred option. We will check availability and a realistic timeframe. Please do not treat an earlier or fixed date as confirmed until we have explicitly confirmed it with you.
